Have you heard of something called tapping? One of the best ways to get aquainted with this technique is The Tapping Solution by Nick Ortner, on my list of recommended reads.
Before I read this book, I had heard about EFT and tapping as a technique that could bring relief to all kinds of physical and emotional symptoms by helping to reprogram your subconscious.
Sounded interesting and made total sense to me, but I really didn’t give it much more thought than that. Maybe it was the timing, but it just sounded like too much of a commitiment to try and work through my deeper stuff, but is there ever really a “good” time for that?!
Plus, as you’re aware, when it comes to the wellness space, there are so many personal growth tools to choose from and while I like to keep an open mind and am always up for some soul-deep experimentation, as much as I’d love to, there’s just no way I could possibly keep up with ALL the things.

That Tapping Thing Again
While I had originally moved tapping to the back of my mind, fortunately about a year later, I came across the Tapping World Summit, yep that “tapping” thing again…and decided to join. It was free, so I figured why not, let’s finally see what this is all about.

One thing’s for sure…this book has you doing the entire time so there’s never really an opportunity to get bored, but LOTS of opportunity for positive shifts, breakthroughs, and growth.
